Out of Game

1. Most Important Thing 1st: This is for fun, game growth/CR interaction, and not for ostracizing anyone! ( Everyone is welcome and encouraged to get plotting/interacting with any of the players/characters involved with the network so their character can be in it, too! You do not have to find Barbara only to make it happen. )
   
2. The Oracle Network only works with a 2nd earpiece (currently/mod requirement)
   
3. The 2nd earpiece is a 10-point Activity Reward Request. (Personal purchases and/or being given one by another character who requested it both work.)

In Game
1. The network is currently untraceable.
   
2. Each UN is currently untraceable.
   
3. UN's are monikers (unless otherwise chosen by individual players/characters)
   
4. There is no database of who is in Oracle's Network. (Keep an eye out for who responds to 2nd Network posts; start feeling out if your buddies & allies are in the know; get out there and start networking with the un's you don't recognize when you see new ones!)
   
   
5. (Filters will be coming in the future. Network improvements/expansions are building out across real-time months.)

* - Everything here is caveated by 'until/unless the mods need it/want to break them/reveal any of them are untrue at their leisure for game stuff', and then all bets are off, cats and kittens. You know how this song goes. This may be Babs' baby in canon, but it will always be in Etraya, first and foremost, at the behest of the mods. We're just blessed to get to play in this techno ball pit. 🤗
